My First Wedding

Well... technically not MY first wedding. My cousin got married this weekend and I was not the photographer during the reception. I brought my camera along to get a feel for photographing weddings. I have been sort of scared of the idea...you know being responsible for such valuable pictures. But after taking some pictures without any pressure, I have decided that I love WEDDING photography! There are SO many fun pictures to take and moments to capture. Now...if I can only find someone getting married that will trust me with their pictures. :) View my newly created WEDDING portfolio to see some more pictures from the reception.

I viewed all of them and they are really good...I have a few favorites, the bubble line and the red shoes I think, but I love color!

I loved the bubble line the best too! I will say, however, that photographing a wedding as the main photographer is a TOTALLY different experience than as a "second" photographer. Trying to direct uncooperative people, organizing groups and poses, and making sure you haven't missed anything is a bit stressful. I would much rather be the candid photographer at every wedding! :)

Kim, I swear everytime I see a picture I would swear it is magazine worthy! The one with the bubbles is perfection, the cake...greatness, The one without their faces...amazing, and the flowers are beautiful! I even love the shot of the bride's shoes too! Seriously?
