Wallace Wedding Part I, Dallas LDS Temple Wedding Photographer

Photobucket

This beautiful couple was married in the Dallas LDS Temple on a HOT summer day in July! I have split up the pictures in two parts...those at the temple in Part I and the reception in Part II. We worked fast and took some formals of all the guests at the temple and then had a sweet couple session on the temple grounds following. I love the happy and excited faces on the bride and groom...its like they didn't even notice the extreme shooting conditions! :) A special thank you to Kathryn Claire photography who was my second shooter for the day. She is responsible for the wonderful picture of the bride's red shoes down below...a favorite picture of mine. Congratulations K & J! Thank you for letting me capture your special day!

Dallas Temple Wedding

I absolutely LOVE weddings. It is so fun to see all of the happy and excited pictures! This couple was married in the Dallas LDS temple, the same place I was married almost 8 years ago. :) Photographers are not allowed inside for the actual ceremony ... so my job was to catch the newly married couple exiting from the temple as husband and wife. Then we moved on to taking formal pictures of everyone that attended on the temple grounds! And take some fun couple pictures as well.
So, you have already met the bride...Photobucket
Now meet her new husband...Photobucket
And now introducing the Happy Couple :)

This is the groom with all of his BROTHERs! Cool huh! What would it be like to have that many brothers? I love the suits.

I love the tiny little details that are important in planning a wedding and add a sentimental touch.

I decided to not show all of the many formal group shots that were taken...but I really liked this one. This is the bride with her side of the family.

Dallas LDS Temple...What are your thoughts?

My husband and I were married here almost 7 years ago! I want a picture of this temple to hang on my living room wall. I am going to frame it in black and blow it up to about a 22 x 28. I have never found a picture that I like before so I decided to take my own. I have done my living room in neutral colors and have red accents and like the red in these pictures of the temple. (If you have visited this temple lately, no you aren't going crazy...I changed the flowers from hot pink to red to look good on my wall :0) This temple was a little difficult to take a picture of. The grounds aren't that big and the temple is longer rather than taller and some spires are not attached. Either way, these are some of the pictures that I took. Not too bad with three little kids melting in the heat and 15 minutes to walk around the whole thing. So I need your help...which one is your favorite? Your opinion will be appreciated! Thanks.
